The management system is already active on 4 of the 12 ships owned by this company. The system is operated from the head quarters at MSC to ensure in depth analysis for all the cruise ships connected. The Fidelio property management system is integrated with the Neon system to ensure easy transactions for guests by using their room keys, just as any other onboard transaction is processed.
