Dr Lovemore is the perfect cheesy slot to play if you’re in a romantic mood, either during Valentines Day or at any other time. This is a 5 reel game designed by Playtech, offering a total of 20 lines and a lot of pink symbols and love related imagery. The main character is called Dr Lovemore, a character dressed in white and pink that looks like a regular Don Juan. The pair of handcuffs that’s hanging from the D letter in the logo just adds to that perception. As for the features that are selected to be used in this game, the wild and the scatter are the main ones, with free spins and multipliers being used as well.

Graphics & Theme

An almost unbearable amount of pink and bright colors are being used in Dr Lovemore, definitely making this a slot for people that are either in love, or very very happy. Dr Lovemore seems to have naughty intentions here, with the handcuffs that we mentioned before, with heart printed boxers as symbols and with the Dr Lovemore wild in there as well. A light blue abstract picture is placed behind the reels, so all the action to be found here will be part of the symbols that appear on the reels. Besides the pictures of Dr Lovemore, the wild and the heart printed boxers, there are also pictures of condoms with different flavors (banana, orange, kiwi, strawberry) and bottles of perfume.

The Wild symbol takes the shape of a car license plate. It’s called a wildcard here and it will count as any other symbol, with the exception of a bonus or scatter symbol. Whenever the wild appears on the same line with multiple symbols, a payout is offered based on the exact number that appears (up to 10,000 coins for five wilds).

A picture of Dr Lovemore is the scatter feature of this slot. The only function of this scatter symbol is the cash prize that it awards, the upper limit being a 250x multiple of the total bet. That’s just for five scatters though, as the payouts are smaller for the rest of the possible combinations (2 to 4 scatters award 1x to 25x).

The other scatter symbol of the game has the role of triggering the free spins. In this case we get the picture of the boxers with hearts as shapes on them. Appearing on both the 1st and 5th reels at the same time, this scatter will award 20 spins to the player, which have 2x multipliers. This feature can be retriggered.

Overall

Not really sure who the game is supposed to attract, as the choice of the Don Juan might repel the ladies, while the gentlemen might not be able to withstand that amount of pink for too long. Either way, it will at least make you smile.
