The Funky Fruits Farm continues the series of games from Playtech which focus on these weird looking fruit characters, this time giving us a more normal slot machine that has 5 reels and a total of 20 lines. The entire action takes place on a farm, with the fruits and the farmer being at the center of all the action. The farmer is just as fun to look at as the funky fruits, so overall the experience is quite pleasant and chances are that you’re going to smile when you play it. This game has a couple of great features inside, such as the stacked wilds, the multipliers, free games and scatters.

Graphics & Theme

Though the game doesn’t look modern at all, it is a title that you’re going to appreciate for what it is, a lot of fun and quirky. The farmer with his thick eyebrows that cover even his eyes is at the center of the action, appearing both in the game and next to the reels from time to time. He’s running around followed by a tractor, shaking farming implements at the screen and so on. The fields he works on and the farm are all around the reels of the slot, while on them you will find the various funky fruits that are at the center of the action. Lemons, orange, watermelon, cherries and pineapples are all present, plus playing cards from 9 to A.

Special Effects

The Wild is a symbol that looks like a green fruit that’s been squished, basically a green splat on the ground with the word Wild written on top. It’s a very nice feature in this case, as this wild appears stacked and can potentially give you multiple combinations during a round. The multiplier that it comes with will double all the wins it contributes to, another point in its favor.

The other major feature that the game has is the scatter, represented in this case by the farmer with the bushy eyebrows. When a minimum of three of these symbols appear, the player gets as many as 33 games for free, plus multipliers of up to 15x. If it sounds like a great deal, that’s because it is.

It starts with just 8 free spins that have a 2x multiplier, but during the first phase of the bonus game you will be able to win more games and bigger multipliers, by choosing two fruits out of the five displayed on the screen. These free games can be retriggered an infinite number of times.
