The movie with the same name is a adaptation to the 1996 game, which was an overpowering success with Sega. When some friends decide to go to a rave on the island, they should have left when their ride already left. But they continue going to the island and the discovery they make is scary. Soon the first one in the group turns Zombie and the running from sure death starts. IGT developed this bloody game with 5 reels and 243 blood stained ways to win.
