Pop Bingo is a colorful and cheerful arcade game that was created by Playtech. It’s a Bingo game, so you will find it especially fun if you’re a fan of this type of activity. Unlike a bingo game though, the focus here is not on getting certain numbers to match your card, but to get them to show up as quickly as possible, as you play some sort of game of Battleship on the card. Graphics & Theme

The game’s theme is easy to spot, the Pop Bingo logo giving you a big clue about what is involved. You might be inclined to believe that it’s a bingo game at first glance, since you have the bingo card right beneath the logo, with the numbers from 1 to 90 visible on the right side. At the top, you get an idea of the kind of payouts you are looking at, the exact amount varying based on the bet you’re using. It’s a good looking game overall, mostly because of all the pretty colors involved. It’s full of numbers otherwise, so the individual elements of the design aren’t that attractive.

Special Effects

In order to get the ball rolling, you will have to place your wager, after which you can click on Play if you’re happy with the bingo card you’re using (visible on top of the betting area). If not, you can request a new card. After you click Play, you will want to get the numbers that are displayed on the bingo card as quickly as possible.

The numbers from the right side are marked at random, by the game throwing white balls at them. Whenever one of your bingo numbers are found, they are marked with red on the big screen. The system will keep hitting numbers at random, until all the bingo card numbers are discovered. Depending on how many misses there are, the payouts will be high or low. The fewer misses there are and the quicker the numbers are found, the bigger the payout. These misses are called pops in the game, with 40 pops giving you the big prize of $1,000,000, while 90 pops will give you nothing. To give you an example of a number in the middle, getting 60 pops in the game will result in a $1,000 payout if you’ve used $100 to bet.
