The action in Sweet Party is slightly unusual, the entire game taking place in a layout which has 5 reels and 5 symbols on each one, without any paylines to speak of. The game focuses on the sweets theme rather heavily, but it’s a pleasant design and I’ve enjoyed looking at it, but that might just be my sweet tooth. You will notice in the game the green rolling hills with lollipops planted in the ground and acting as trees, while the game area looks like a collection of sweets as well. The features offered here are a multiplier and a progressive jackpot.

Graphics & Theme

Since the game focuses on sweets in general when it comes to its theme, you will notice that there is a lot of variety in this department when it comes to what’s going on in the paytable area. There are sweets, bombons and jellos of all shapes and colors in the game, all suspended in a 5×5 layout, inside a candy machine. A lollypop shaped sign holds the logo on the left side of the screen, while on the right side you will find the betting options and the progressive jackpot display. The game is colorful and bright, using yellow, purple, reds, pink, light greens and other similarly cheerful colors. Overall, it’s the kind of happy game that will put you in a good mood, so you might want to try it out for that alone. The game is a bit different from its competitors, not having any paylines for you to select. Instead, you place a bet on the spin and you hope for the best. The progressive jackpot is won when you have a minimum of 8 gobstoppers colored in red and white. Depending on the wager size, you will get a percentage of the progressive jackpot (10% to 100%, for wagers between $1 and $10).

Overall

Sweet Party might be slightly unusual, but despite that it’s a game that you’re going to enjoy. It’s especially a good choice if you want a different approach to slot machines.
