The travel theme certainly helps Vacation Station with its appeal, as there aren’t that many of us that will not enjoy looking at a slot machine whose main theme is having fun, relaxing or exploring a bit more of the world. The unusual part about this game is the layout of the paylines. The game doesn’t just use horizontal paylines, it also uses vertical and diagonal ones, so you have a pretty decent shot at creating some sort of winning combo while playing it. It’s how they crammed 8 paylines into this 3 reel game. The design looks very well made, the quality of the symbols and the surrounding background image being unmistakable. They do look a bit like stock cartoon photos perhaps, but it doesn’t ruin the experience one bit. The symbols that make an appearance here are the piece of luggage, the airplane, cruise boats, sail ships, hot air balloons, submarines, cars, motorbikes, trains and busses. As you can see, they pretty much cover all the means of transportation.
Special Effects
One of the main things that is different about this slot is its use of vertical and diagonal paylines, not just horizontal. The scatter symbol is the feature that was included in the game, the only one actually.
